GUD GeneAmp HPV 16 & 18 Qualitative PCR Kit:

PRODUCT CODE: Gene Amp-008

INTRODUCTION:

Human Papillomavirus (HPV) types 16 and 18 are the most prevalent high-risk genotypes responsible for the majority of cervical cancer cases worldwide. Early detection and genotyping of these strains are critical for effective screening, risk assessment, and prevention. Our HPV 16/18 qualitative detection by RTPCR provides clinicians and laboratories with accurate, reliable tools for early identification and monitoring of high-risk HPV infections.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

GUD GeneAmp HPV 16 & 18 qualitative PCR Kit is a highly sensitive molecular assay designed for the qualitative detection and differentiation of HPV 16 and 18 in clinical samples. Built on real-time PCR technology, the assay enables rapid and precise genotyping to support cervical cancer screening and patient management programs.

STORAGE CONDITIONS AND PRODUCT STABILITY:

  1. All the kit reagents should be stored at -20 °C. All the kit components should be aliquot based on your work load and should be stored at -20 °C after usage.
  2. Repeated thawing and freezing (more than 6 to 10 times) of all kit reagents should be avoided, as it reduces assay sensitivity.
