GUD GeneAmp MTB/NTM Qualitative PCR Kit:

PRODUCT CODE: Gene Amp-007

INTRODUCTION: Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB) and Non-tuberculosis Mycobacteria (NTM) accurate detection of Mycobacterium infections is essential for effective patient care and public health safety. Our advanced MTB/NTM diagnostic products are designed to streamline the identification of Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex (MTBC) and a broad range of Non-tuberculosis Mycobacteria, enabling precise diagnosis and targeted treatment strategies.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: GUD GeneAmp MTB/NTM Detection kit offers a rapid, reliable and highly sensitive method for the differentiation of tuberculosis (MTB) from NTM infections. Utilizing real-time PCR technology, the kit delivers results within hours, significantly reducing diagnostic turnaround time compared to traditional culture methods.

STORAGE CONDITIONS AND PRODUCT STABILITY:

  •  All the kit reagents should be stored at -20 °C.  All the kit components should be aliquot based on your work load and should be stored at -20 °C after usage.
  • Repeated thawing and freezing (more than 6 to 10 times) of all kit reagents should be avoided, as it reduces assay sensitivity.
